Constructed From 304 Stainless Steel, This Three-Stage Crate Washer Features High-Pressure, Multi-Directional Spraying And Independent Water Circulation Systems For Each Stage—Alkaline Washing, High-Temperature Rinsing, And Fresh-Water Disinfection—Ensuring a High Level Of Cleanliness. It Utilizes a Variable-Frequency Conveyor System For Adjustable Speeds And An Overflow Design In The Water Circulation System To Significantly Reduce Water Consumption. Compatible With Various Facility Conditions, The Machine Offers Steam Or Electric Heating Options And Includes Features Such As Automatic Temperature Control And Low-Water Protection To Minimize The Need For Manual Monitoring. It Delivers Efficiency Several Times Higher Than Manual Cleaning, Reliably Handling Large Volumes Of Crates Soiled With Oil And Residue. Designed For Easy Disassembly And Cleaning With No Sanitary Dead Zones, It Complies With Food Production Hygiene Standards And Offers Long-Term Savings On Labor, Cleaning Agents, And Time.
Crates Soiled With Grease And Food Residue Are Manually Placed Onto The Infeed Conveyor Belt; a Variable-Frequency Chain Drive Then Automatically Transports Them Into The Machine At a Steady Speed.
Crates Pass Through a High-Pressure Alkaline Spray Zone Where 45–65°C Alkaline Water Washes Them From All Angles, Dissolving Grease And Removing Large Debris; The Wastewater Flows Back To The Tank, Undergoing Dual-Layer Filtration For Recirculation.
Crates Enter The High-Temperature Hot Water Zone (70–85°C) To Rinse Away Residual Alkaline Solution And Provide Preliminary Sterilization And Odor Removal; Overflow Water Is Fed Back To The Previous Stage’s Tank To Conserve Water.
Clean Water Is Sprayed From Multiple Angles To Remove Trace Residues And Complete The Disinfection Process, Ensuring The Discharged Crates Are Free Of Grease And Foam.
Cleaned Crates Exit The Machine Ready For Immediate Reuse; An Optional Air-Drying Feature Allows For The Simultaneous Removal Of Surface Water Droplets.
For Meat Processing Plants, Central Kitchens, Fruit And Vegetable Processing Facilities, Cold Chain Logistics Centers, Slaughterhouses, Soy Product Factories, Bakeries, And Fresh Food Distribution Centers—Washing Plastic Turnover Crates, Food Containers, Meat Crates, Vegetable Crates, And Material Pallets.

High-pressure cold water sprays from all angles to wash away large debris and sludge from the crates; a bottom tank automatically collects waste, which can be discharged periodically to prevent nozzle clogging.
Hot water (80–90°C) mixed with food-grade detergent is sprayed in a recirculating system; the high temperature dissolves grease and eliminates surface bacteria. The tank features heating elements for constant temperature control, and the water is filtered and reused to conserve resources.
A secondary spray of clean, high-pressure water removes detergent residue, leaving the crate surface spotless. An optional hot-air drying stage can be integrated to dry the crates immediately after washing, preventing mold growth caused by dripping water.
Each water tank features independent filtration and circulation; wastewater residue is automatically settled and separated. Water consumption is only one-fifth that of manual cleaning, significantly reducing water costs.
Multi-angle fan-shaped spray nozzles ensure comprehensive coverage of the crate’s interior and exterior. High-temperature hot water dissolves stubborn grease while simultaneously eliminating E. coli, meeting food processing facility hygiene and sterilization standards.
A mesh belt conveys items at a constant speed; a single operator simply loads the crates, and the entire cleaning process is completed automatically. This replaces manual scrubbing by multiple workers, drastically cutting labor costs, with a cleaning capacity of 300–1,200 crates per hour.
Sectional water tanks are removable, and residue filter screens are easy to extract and clean. The machine body features a sealed, waterproof design with a protected control panel; the exterior is smooth and tidy, eliminating crevices where dirt could accumulate.
Conveyor speed is adjustable via a variable frequency drive, allowing for the cleaning of plastic crates, meat totes, baking trays, and stainless steel ingredient carts. Custom options are available, including extended machine lengths and added air-drying or alkaline cleaning functions.
