Before starting the production line, inspect the safety systems, oil circuits, and drive components, and configure process parameters such as oil temperature, conveyor speed, and seasoning application rates. The startup sequence is as follows: initiate preheating/heating, then sequentially activate the conveyor, fryer, cooling unit, and seasoning system. Feed the pre-processed potatoes evenly into the line to undergo constant-temperature frying, de-oiling, air cooling, and automatic drum-based oil spraying and seasoning, followed by the discharge and packaging of the finished chips. Upon completion of operations, clear all materials from the line; after shutting down the heating system, allow the machine to idle to cool down, and disconnect the power supply only after the oil temperature has dropped. Finally, filter and recover the oil, and perform equipment cleaning and maintenance. Throughout the entire operation, strictly guard against safety hazards such as dry heating, water ingress, and mechanical crushing.
